DinamiQs is a young, fast growing company which has been developing innovative solutions for managing software applications. The company is privately held and funded by informal investors.
Our product range covers different types of environments. The goal for all our products is to minimize the required amount of work and resources, and to make it as easy as possible.
For example: our Management Console, with its self-explanatory GUI, reduces software management to an intuitive, easy-to-perform task, enabling decrease in workloads and an increase in productivity.
Management
Linda Visser-Holty, President and CEO
As president and chief executive officer Linda’s responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, short and long term strategic planning and corporate oversight. Prior to joining DinamiQs Linda served as CEO of KZA, a company in quality assurance and testing, where she successfully helped growing the company from 50 to 250 employees, with an annual revenue of €24 million and a profit of € 8 million.
Linda is also managing director of DeltaISIS, an IT Services company in the Netherlands. She has a Ph.D. in Econometry from the University of Amsterdam.
Erik Westhovens, CIO
Erik is founder and Chief Information Officer of DinamiQs where he guides the current and future technical architecture for the DinamiQs Virtualization Suite. Previously Erik advised multinationals on the best way to design and implement their IT infrastructure. Since 2001 he has been focusing on virtualization solutions that have been brought to the market by leading IT companies such as Microsoft, Citrix, VMware and Altiris. Erik is one of the top application developers in the world today and a very frequent contributor to Symantec Connect.
Mike Jansen, Lead Architect & CTO
In the past 15 years Mike Jansen, Chief Technology Officer of DinamiQs has worked on architecture, design and implementation of many large scale IT solutions with a strong bias towards high performance infrastructure. As such he has experience in the many pitfalls that occur in extreme scale environments. This knowledge paired with the knowledge of the other developers was the basis of the VirtualStorm development.
Board of Advisors
Nico Laan
Nico Laan has an active role in advising the management team of DinamiQs about both strategic and operational issues like channel development, sales and marketing. Nico has over 30 years experience in sales, management and business development in the software and services industries. After working for several years as an IT specialist and sales executive, in 1992 he became managing director of IP/Groep (now part of Sogeti), a large IT consulting firm. Three years later he started his own IT-company, which he sold to PinkRoccade in 2000. After that, he invested gradually in 10 different start-ups, acting as an Angel investor. One of these is DinamiQs. The branches he invests in vary from IT services, IT software vendor, Financial Services, Logistics and Graphic Media. All companies are still active today and well funded.
Jan Gieles
Jan Gieles studied Computer Sciences at the technical university of Enschede. He worked as an IT specialist and sales executive for 8 years and then became CEO of a large consulting firm. In 2000 he started his own company SysQa, with the help of Nico Laan. In spite of economic crises, Jan Gieles managed to grow his company to one of the leading QA consulting firms of the Netherlands. Next to his job as President of SysQa, he also acts as Angel investor in several other companies.
